How Semantic-Cognitvie Jumping in Idea Generation enhances the Quality of Ideas produced in Innovation / Design Thinking Workshops

Short abstract

Aim of this project is to do experimental research on the effects of "semantic-cognitive jumping" on the Quality of ideas produced. Because of growing complexity and increasing globalization and networking, workers in SMEs have to be more and more innovative and flexible. A training in idea production that is being implemented into the Master Schools shall improve the innovative capacity as well as the cross-collaboration willingness of the master´s students.
