The influence of ovarian hormones on multi-sensory emotion recognition

Previous studies indicate that hormonal fluctuations associated with the menstrual cycle affect cognition, emotion and nonverbal behavior. In this project, we aim to investigate whether the fluctuations of estradiol and progesterone influence emotion recognition from visual, auditory and audiovisual modalities in naturally cycling women.
