# German (see below for English) ## Georg-August-Universität Göttingen ## W2-Professur „Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie“ Am Georg-Elias-Müller-Institut für Psychologie der Fakultät für Biologie und Psychologie ist frühestens zum 01.10.2022 eine W2-Professur für „Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie“ zu besetzen. In der Lehre vertritt die Professur das Fach der Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie in seiner ganzen Breite im Bachelor- und im Masterstudiengang Psychologie sowie im Lehrexport, der vorrangig in Studiengänge der Sozialwissenschaftlichen und der Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät stattfindet (ausführlichere Informationen zum Lehrangebot unter [https://www.uni-goettingen.de/de/104312.html](https://www.uni-goettingen.de/de/104312.html)). Angestrebt wird, dass die Inhaberin/der Inhaber der Professur über eine Zweitmitgliedschaft auch in diesen beiden Fakultäten verankert ist. In der Forschung sollte die Bewerberin/der Bewerber durch exzellente internationale Publikationen im Bereich der Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie sowie durch die Einwerbung einschlägiger kompetitiver Drittmittel hervorgetreten sein. Das Forschungsprofil sollte anschlussfähig sein an das überwiegend experimentelle, kognitionspsychologisch orientierte Grundlagenprofil des Instituts für Psychologie ([https://www.psych.uni-goettingen.de/de/research](https://www.psych.uni-goettingen.de/de/research)). Einstellungsvoraussetzungen sind: Habilitation in Psychologie oder äquivalente Qualifikation in Forschung und Lehre. The position will also be affiliated with the Faculty of Social Sciences as well as the Faculty of Business and Economics. Earliest starting date is October 01, 2022. Teaching responsibilities of the professorship include the entire field of industrial and organizational psychology in the B.Sc. and M.Sc. programs in Psychology as well as programs for students of the social and the economic sciences. The teaching language is German. Applicants should have an excellent international publication and grant record in industrial and organizational psychology. Their research profile should fit with the experimental profile of the Institute of Psychology and its focus on cognitive psychology. Applicants should hold a doctoral degree in Psychology and should have pedagogical aptitude, including the ability to teach in German. Appointments will be made by the university according to the laws of Lower Saxony (Niedersächsisches Hochschulgesetz Nds. GVBl. 5/2007, page 69). Further details are given on request.
